Program Explores Dealing With Stress

The public is invited to attend a program, “Dealing With Stress — Expectations and Realities,” at 7:30 pm on Monday, September 27, in the Msgr Conroy Room at St Rose School on Church Hill Road.

Guest speaker Kendall Palladino, MD, director of spiritual and bereavement services at Regional Hospice, will share stories and experiences gathered through years of counseling. A fascinating speaker, he has spent time with Mother Teresa in India. He has acquired valuable tips for rebuilding and refocusing lives.

The program is being sponsored by the St Rose Parish Nurse Ministry. Refreshments will be served.
