Police Seek Found Items’ Owners

Police are seeking the owners of various found items that have been turned over to them for safekeeping.

Among the found items are: a pair of prescription sunglasses with a case found September 10 on Elm Drive; a Cross-brand pen in a green gift box found last spring at Newtown Middle School; an amount of money found August 24 at Dickinson Park; three keys for Ford vehicle found July 26 at Dickinson Park; a black purse found June 5 at Sand Hill Plaza; a pendant and finger ring found last spring at Dickinson Park; a Pentax-brand camera found May 15 at Treadwell Park; a bicycle found May 6 at the Bridge End Farm Lane athletic field; and a blue purse containing an amount of money found April 5 at Newtown Convenience Store on Church Hill Road.

The owners of the found items should contact Sergeant Darlene Froehlich at the police station at 3 Main Street, telephone 426-5841, to claim the items.
