To the Editor:

I am writing in support of Mary Ann Jacob.  Mary Ann is running for reelection to the Legislative Council.  I have had the pleasure of knowing Mary Ann for the last six years.  Mary Ann is a born leader.  Mary Ann is an excellent communicator.  She is passionate about her work with the Legislative Council and gives 100 percent to this volunteer position.  Mary Ann is extremely knowledgeable about our town and, in my opinion, she is always forthright in sharing her knowledge.

Her level of integrity is second to none.  Mary Ann strives to be the best advocate for our town.  Newtown is lucky to have such a dedicated, honest leader.  I hope you will join me in voting for Mary Ann Jacob in November!
