Residents Sought To Fill Vacancies

First Selectmen Pat Llodra is seeking individuals to fill the following open positions on local appointed boards:

*Commission on Aging has two alternate positions, one for a Republican or an unaffiliated voter and one open to any party.

*Cultural Arts has a vacancy for a Democrat or unaffiliated voter.

*Economic Develpment Commission has a vacancy for a Democrat or unaffiliated voter.

*Sustainable Energy Committee has a vacancy for a Democrat or unaffiliated voter.

*Employee Benefits Oversight Committee: there is one vacancy available each to Democrat, Independent and unaffiliated voters. Knowledge of insurance is preferable.

*Pension Committee: There is an opening available for a Republican or unaffiliated voter.

Interested parties can send a letter of interest and resume to the office of the first selectman.

The Hattertown Historic District and Sustainable Energy have had long-term openings; any interested parties may contact the First Selectman’s Office.
