Mary Ann Jacob has my complete support as she runs for a second term on the Legislative Council in District 2.

With clarity and balance, Mary Ann brings a perspective that Newtown desperately needs. For several years now, our community has been struggling with political pettiness and candidates whose platforms are single-minded in focus. We need to solve issues and move forward. We need our representatives to have both breadth and depth. Mary Ann brings the perspective we so desperately need as we look to balance budgets and do what is fair for all of our citizens. Ms. Jacob does not carry a hidden agenda. She speaks her mind and she listens well, and she is a natural leader.
