Super Sitters Begins

Newtown Youth Services announces the first session of its popular babysitting course. This class will be held on Wednesdays, October 5, 12, 19, 26 and November 2 from 3:15 to 4:45. Students ages 11 and up are eligible to participate. The fee is $40, which includes all materials.

Discussions will cover different developmental stages, ideas for crafts and games, role playing, use of imagination and creativity, and coverage of basic first aid and safety. Upon completion of the course certification cards will be issued.
