Dominic E. Antolini, 79, of Newtown, beloved husband of Patricia Corsano Antolini, died peacefully September 19, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Bridgeport, December 11, 1934, he was a son of the late Mr and Mrs Ernest Antolini.

A US Navy veteran of the Korean War, Mr Antolini was a retired firefighter for the Town of Fairfield, with 25 years of dedicated service. He was a member of Firefighters Local 1426, and enjoyed woodworking and antiquing. He was also an avid fan of the University of Notre Dame.

In addition to his beloved wife of 55 years, survivors include three loving sons, Randy Antolini of Newtown, Darren Antolini and his wife, Kate, and Michael Antolini and his wife, Veronika, all of Monroe; two cherished grandchildren, Emma and Nicholas Antolini; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will take place Tuesday, September 23, at 10 am, directly in Holy Family Church, 700 Old Stratfield Road, Fairfield, for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment with military honors will follow in Lawncroft Cemetery, Fairfield. Relatives and friends may greet the family Monday, September 22,  from 4 to 8 pm,  in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
