Frances Elf

Frances “Scottie” Elf died September 21 in North Fort Myers, Fla.

She was the mother of Gary Elf of Sandy Hook.

Mrs Elf was born January 27, 1928, in Hartford, the daughter of John Arthur and Mary (Mae) Brigham. She moved to North Fort Myers from Newington in 1987.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy.

She is also survived by another son, Thomas Elf of Bristol and five grandchildren.
