To the Editor:

I am writing to endorse Bruce Walczak for the Board of Education in this Fall’s election. I have known Bruce for over ten years and have always enjoyed his outgoing personality and engagement in many social issues.

When I think about endorsing someone’s candidacy I think further about someone’s special talents that separates them from the pack.

I researched what makes a good politician:

*Desire to serve

*Can check their ego

*Have integrity

*Trustworthy

*High energy level

*Can put aside partisan differences

I can put a check mark next to Bruce’s name for all of the above. I believe that Bruce has one additional attribute that puts him far above so many other candidates. He’s a great listener.
