Victor J. Klesitz

Victor J. Klesitz, 67, of Newtown, died September 16 at his home.

He was born in Newtown April 5, 1933, a son of the late Victor and Cecelia (Gradowich) Klesitz. During the Korean War, Mr Klesitz served in the US Air Force. For several years he was employed at the former Barclay Knitwear Company in Newtown and then was employed for the Town of Newtown Highway Department. For the last few years, Mr Klesitz was a self-employed handyman.

Mr Klesitz is survived by a daughter, Selina V. Klesitz of Danbury; a brother, Billie Klesitz of Newtown; four grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held September 25 in St Rose Cemetery, Cherry Street, Sandy Hook.

Arrangements were by the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown.
