Angelina C. Paoli

Angelina “Angie” (Cipriano) Paoli, 81, of Stratford, beloved wife of the late Joseph Paoli, died September 19, at Bridgeport Hospital.

She was the mother of Gus Paoli of Newtown.

Mrs Paoli was born on June 13, 1919, in Bridgeport, daughter of the late Frank and Sadie (Salvaggio) Cipriano, and lived in Stratford most of her life. She was a retired seamstress for the Dinan Center, and a member of the Baldwin Center.

Survivors include another son, Joseph Paoli, Jr, of Shelton; two daughters, Joyce Farrely and Linda Heffernan, both of Stratford; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Saturday, September 23, at 8 am in the William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main Street, Stratford, and at 9 am in Holy Name Church, Stratford, for a funeral Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Saint Michael Cemetery, Stratford.

Friends may call on Friday, September 22, from 4 to 8 pm.
