Warren Tillbrook

Memorial services will be held for Warren Tillbrook on Saturday, September 23, at noon at the Newtown Village Cemetery on Elm Drive.

Mr Tillbrook, a longtime resident of Newtown, died on July 16 in Hawthorne, Fla. He was born in Bridgeport on March 6, 1921. He was a World War II veteran of the US Army.

While living in Newtown, Mr Tillbrook worked at Sikorsky Aircraft and Robert Fulton Company and volunteered as a Newtown constable. He moved to Florida in 1976.

Mr Tillbrook is survived by his son, Robert Tillbrook of Birmingham, Ala., and his daughter, Ainslee Tillbrook of San Francisco, Calif.
