Audubon Hike At Nature Center

DANBURY — Lillinonah Audubon Society has scheduled a nature walk at West Side Nature Center on Sunday, September 28, at 1 pm.

The nature center is a lovely preserved area that boasts a wide variety of New England plants and habitats. Walkers should bring binoculars if they have them, and insect repellant. Walking sticks may be useful if anyone is concerned about uneven terrain.

The leisurely stroll should last about 90 minutes. The group will meet at the end of University Boulevard, west side campus of Western Connecticut University, directly across from Super Stop & Shop on Mill Plain Road.
