Series On Managing Diabetes

WATERBURY — Waterbury Hospital is offering a four-week series, “Living Well with Diabetes,” that will teach individuals how to balance their diet, activities, and medication.

The class will be helpful for the recently diagnosed or someone who has been coping with diabetes for a while. The focus is on learning techniques for living with this chronic condition and preventing additional complications. Classes will meet Mondays, October 2, 16, 23, and 30, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, in the medical staff conference room at the hospital.
