C.H. Booth Library Celebrates New Study Rooms With Ribbon Cutting
C.H. Booth Library Director Jennifer Nash was joined by local officials such as First Selectman Jeff Capeci and Selectman Dan Cruson, as well as library staff, for a ribbon cutting celebrating the opening of the library’s new study rooms on Monday, September 9.
Located on the third floor of the library, these study rooms were funded by Newtown’s Capital Improvement Plan funds, and provide a quiet and comfortable space for individuals and small groups. They are designed to accommodate one to six people and can be reserved for up to three hours.
