The Second Company Governor’s Horse Guard presented its annual Fall Festival on its Fairfield Hills grounds September 7. More than 300 guests attended, ranging from families with newborn babies to senior citizens.

The guests enjoyed learning about the history of the Horse Guard, speaking with Horse Guard members, visiting a wide array of booths, having their faces painted, participating in games, sampling food and beverages from several food trucks, and browsing historical military paraphernalia. They were treated to the Horse Guard’s Musical Ride, and many of the children got to saddle up and ride the horses.
