Library Series For Business Pros, Job-Seekers

TRUMBULL ­— Business and career programs return to the Trumbull Main Library, starting on September 18 for business, and continuing on October 11 for job seekers.

Various experts and agencies will present on a series of topics including effective selling, franchising, understanding the local labor market, and veterans as entrepreneurs throughout the fall and into 2013.

All workshops begin at 6:30 pm. The calendar for business workshops is:

*How to Sell (Just About) Anything to (Just About) Anybody!, with Cliff Ennico. Tuesday,

September 18.

*Franchises: How to Pick for Success, with Paska Nayden and Lena Gjonaj. Thursday

October 18.

*Strategy for Growth: Move from One Stage to the Next, with Dina Elliott of SCORE.

Wednesday, November 28.

Monthly career counseling and assistance programs continue on the following topics:

*Precision Job Seeking with Krazoom! Thursday, October 11.

*Veterans: How to Transition from Military to Entrepreneur. Thursday, November 8.

*Resume Writing. Monday, December 10, with Bill Florin, certified professional resume writer.
