Moms Programs

Moms of Infants up to one year will begin meeting on Tuesday, September 18, and will meet for 12 weeks. Cost will be $30.

Gym Time meets on Wednesdays from 9:30 to 11:30.

 Youth Programs

Sibshops and Children of Divorce — Call NY&FS for meeting dates.

 Support Groups

Hope and Support meets Mondays from 7:30 to 9:30 pm. Parents or caregivers with questions or concerns about a child’s possible or confirmed substance use or abuse are welcome to attend this group. The Hope Group will not meet on school holidays, school breaks, or snow days.

Grandparents/Caregivers meets every Wednesday from noon to 1:30.

Autism Group has resumed meeting on Thursdays at 7 pm.
