Junior Achievement

The Junior Achievement Evening Company High School Program launches its 2001-02 year the week of October 15. This 15-week program will run through March. Participants meet one night a week from 6:30 to 8:30 at the following business locations:

*Danbury: Branson Ultrasonics and Cendant Mobility.

*Bridgeport: BHC Company and People’s Bank.

*Shelton: Ascom Hasler Mailing Systems and Health Net (formerly PHS Health Plans).

The program provides high school students the hands-on opportunity to set up their own business, market a product or service, and experience the free enterprise system. Area business “consultants” (program volunteers) provide their professional expertise.
