To the Editor:

I am writing to thank the members of the Newtown Ambulance Corps for transporting me to the hospital on August 26. It was a very difficult time for me, and I was very scared, it being my first time in an ambulance. It meant so much to be treated with the care and kindness shown by the ambulance crew. And though I hope I never need to be in an ambulance again, I will always be grateful to the crew who helped me last month.
