Coldwell Banker Changes Leadership

STAMFORD — NRT Incorporated, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company, announced a leadership change in its two Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage companies in Connecticut/Weschester County, N.Y., and New England.

Peggy Doepper, president of Coldwell Banker Residential brokerage in Connecticut/Westchester County, N.Y., has expanded her responsibilities to assume leadership for 656 sales associates in 18 offices in Connecticut that were previously part of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England.

In her expanded role, Ms Doepper will oversee nearly 2,000 sales associates in 50 offices across Connecticut and Westchester County. In 2002, these offices accounted for a combined total of well over $5 billion in total closed sales volume.

“Appointing a single leader for all of our Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices throughout Connecticut makes perfect sense for our company, our agents, and, most of all, our clients,” said Ms Doepper.

“Connecticut is a unique market, with customer needs that differ greatly from those in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and, as such, it’s clear that our companies needed to be managed differently in these distinctive markets,” said Rick Loughlin, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Southern New England.

“The realignment of our leaders will allow us to increase our attention on consumers each of these specific markets,” he said.
