Scholastic Book Fairs In Ridgefield

RIDGEFIELD — Parents can encourage their children’s love of reading when Scholastic Book Fairs visits Ridgefield Library from Thursday, September 20, to Sunday, September 23, sponsored by the Friends of the Ridgefield Library. The company is bringing its best books and educational learning products including science kits and creative writing sources from more than 150 publishers for readers of all ages.

The fair will be open Thursday from 10 am to 8:30 pm, Friday from 10 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 4:30 pm, and Sunday from 1 to 4:30 pm. The fair will be at the library at 472 Main Street.

A bake sale and a raffle will also be presented during the book fair. On Sunday, children who are dressed in a costume will receive a prize. Raffle prizes have been donated by American Town Network, Every Woman’s Spirit, Celebrations, The Cortina Shop and more.
