In Our Thoughts

To the Editor:

Three years ago at Head O Meadow School our son Jim was in the fifth grade. He said his teacher was strict. We became close with this teacher and shared many fun times. We had just bought an English Bulldog, the teacher’s favorite pet. We brought the puppy into class about every 4-6 weeks, taking photos with all the kids and the puppy, watching them all grow together that year.

Today, September 11, as we learned Pat Marshall lost her battle to cancer, the pictures, jokes and fun times mean that much more. Pat really wasn’t that strict. Pat Marshall, you’re in our thoughts!
