If God did exist, what would you ask? Guests will have an opportunity to explore the meaning of life in a relaxed, friendly setting at an Alpha course to be held at The Iron Bridge Restaurant, 100 Church Hill Road in Sandy Hook, on Tuesdays at 7 pm. This season’s gatherings will begin on September 17.

During each session, people will enjoy food (appetizers will be provided, additional food may be ordered), laughter, and learning about the teachings of Jesus in an atmosphere where no question about life or God is seen as too simple or too hostile.

Alpha is for anyone. People attend Alpha from all backgrounds, religions and viewpoints. They join to investigate questions about the existence of God, the purpose of life, what happens after death, the teachings of Jesus and more. Many guests have never been to church; others may have attended church occasionally but feel they have never really understood the basics of the Christian faith.
