BROOKLYN, N.Y. — The Brooklyn Museum will present a Caribbean film series on Sundays, October 14–28, at 2 and 3 pm.

Explore the diverse cultures of the Caribbean through films by writers, actors and directors from different regions. Included are Alea and Tabío’s Guantanamera, a romantic comedy set in Cuba; Howard and Mitzi Allen’s No Seed, an Antiguan story of power and superstition; and Heading South by Laurent Cantet, a provocative film about wealthy American women who search for physical and emotional comfort in Haiti.

Brooklyn Museum is at 200 Eastern Parkway. For information, 718-638-5000 or www.brooklynmuseum.org.
