Sandy Hook’s Brenda McRae will run “Brenda’s Boston Marathon,” participating virtually in the 124-year-old race, which was canceled this year due to the coronavirus. McRae will run on Monday, September 14, beginning the race at Keller Williams’ 404 Main Street, Ridgefield location between 8:30 and 9 am, and her course finishes at Cover Two Sports Cafe, 100 Church Hill Road; she is expected to come in around 1 pm.

McRae is sponsored by The Piccirillo Group, an agent for Keller Williams Realty, and will and go past Keller Williams’ office at 19 Church Hill Road on her way to the finish line.
