Openings For 'Music Is Fun'
Openings For âMusic Is Funâ
Cathy Urso is offering a new six-week workshop for Newtown and area children.
âMusic Is Fun,â a childrenâs workshop, will emphasize singing and the formation of a choral group, which Mrs Urso feels is a unique musical experience that will provide fun and learning of musical renditions. Children will participate in a variety of musical activities oriented around a musical production to be presented during the final week of the workshop.
Children in grades 2 through 7 are eligible.
âMusic Is Funâ will meet in The Alexandria Room at Edmond Town Hall, 45 Main Street in Newtown. The workshop will meet on Wednesdays, September 15 to October 20, from 3:30 until 5:30 each week.
Cost is $150 per child. Call 206-1962 for details or registration.
