BETHEL - The Fairfield County 4-H Horse Committee will hold its annual Nutmeg Benefit Horse Show on Sunday, September 19, at the Agricultural Extension Center at 67 Stony Hill Road in Bethel.
BETHEL â The Fairfield County 4-H Horse Committee will hold its annual Nutmeg Benefit Horse Show on Sunday, September 19, at the Agricultural Extension Center at 67 Stony Hill Road in Bethel.
The divisions and classes include English Equitation, Western Riding, Trail, and the Hunt course. A reserve and grand champion will be awarded in each division and several year-end awards will be offered.
The high point horse and rider combination from both the Spring Benefit and Fall Nutmeg shows will receive year-end awards in Open Beginner Hunter and Walk/Trot (award presented by Sunnybrook Farm in Newtown); Low Hunters (Clearview Farms of Sandy Hook); Kentucky Hunter Classic (All the Kingâs Horses of Ridgefield); Western Junior Walk/Jog (Hollow Hill Farm in Bethel); The Pleasure Horse/Pony (Agriventures Agway ion Danbury); and the Western Adult Walk/Jog (Happy Trails Farm in Danbury).
