A Kind Gesture From A Good Neighbor
A Kind Gesture
From A Good Neighbor
To the Editor:
Having no power made it impossible for me to physically push up my garage door.
The garbage can and its contents remained in the garage filling up with discarded food, cat litter, etc. The garage, therefore, had accumulated an offensive odor. When the power returned four days later, long past the usual collection day, I called Pat Caruso of Associated Refuse and asked that the garbage be removed. He promptly sent Lenny to pick it up.
I am very appreciative of Mr Carusoâs quick response.
That kind of gesture made a difference in the overall condition of my garage. He truly was a helpful neighbor in a time of need.
