Mr and Mrs Sean O’Connor

Cassandra Lynn Bagaglio and Sean Thomas O’Connor were married on April 4 at The Chapel of Bells, Las Vegas. The couple then celebrated their marriage with a church ceremony and reception with friends and family on August 19. The bride, a former resident of Sandy Hook, was given in marriage by her father, Jeffrey Lynn Bagaglio.

Father Bob Lynam, of St Augustine of Canterbury Roman Catholic Church, in the Franklin Park section of South Brunswick, N.J., officiated at the August ceremony. The reception was held at Clarion Hotel & Towers in Edison, N.J.

For both ceremonies, the bride wore a strapless White House/Black Market gown. In Las Vegas, she carried a bouquet of white carnations and baby’s breath. For the family ceremony she carried a bouquet of white calla lilies.

Mrs O’Connor parents are Lee Mason Bagaglio and Jeffrey Lynn Bagaglio of Sandy Hook.

She is a graduate of Newtown High School, and also of Lehigh University. She graduated from the university with honors, earning a bachelor’s degree in English and history. She works as a substitute teacher, and continues her studies toward teaching certification.

Mr O’Connor is a graduate of Edison High School, and attended The College of New Jersey, majoring in criminal justice. He is a New Jersey State Trooper.

His parents are Monica and Kenneth O’Connor of Franklin Park, N.J.

Having completed a wedding trip to Venice and enjoying a cruise through the Greek Isles, the couple is now living in Princeton, N.J.
