Like A Mako

Richard Huffman from the Western Connecticut YMCA Mako swim team represented Connecticut at the US Swimming Eastern Zone All-Star Championships in Buffalo, New York, August 8 through August 11. US Swimming divides the country into four zones and the Eastern zone represents the best swimmers from 14 states in the northeast. Huffman took 16th in the 50-meter backstroke (38.71) and 20th in the 100-meter backstroke (1.23:56).
