Susan Hiteshew
 Susan (Pinkel) Hiteshew, 38, of Alpharetta, Ga., died September 3, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born February 10, 1962, in Denver, Colorado.
She was the wife of John H. Hiteshew, a former resident of Newtown.
Mrs Hiteshew attended Our Lady of Solace School and Bishop Grimes High School in Syracuse, New York. She attended the State University of New York at Oswego in Oswego, New York, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Communications. She worked with the American Cancer Society â Florida Division and New York State Division. She then worked for CIGNA-Connecticut in Atlanta.
In addition to her husband, Mrs Hiteshew is survived by her daughter, Tara Ann Hiteshew, and her son, Christopher Hiteshew, of Alpharetta; parents, Patricia and William Pinkel of Vero Beach, Florida; sisters, Joan Elizabeth Driggs of Manchester, and Deborah Patricia Adamson of Alpharetta; brother, William W. Pinkel, Jr, of Marcellus, New York; and several nieces and nephews.
 Funeral services were held September 5 at Fellowship Bible Church with Pastor Art Vanderveen officiating.
Interment was in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

The Northside Chapel Funeral Directors of Roswell/Alpharetta were in charge of arrangements.
