To the Editor:

I am very pleased to give an endorsement to Ann LoBosco for town clerk.

I have been a real estate title examiner for over 45 years. My job has taken me to nearly all of the municipalities in this state. I've worked in the best run town clerk's offices and a few that needed improvements. I must note that the alpha designation is not a requirement to be elected to the office. Most recently, Mike Seri was the Danbury town clerk for 28 years and his predecessor Peg Ward held that office for 50 years. Neither was a CCMC. I'll grant you in today's world it's a must designation to have and most, if not all, town clerks today have achieved at least a CCMC. I know the courses are arduous, but one will have a thorough knowledge of the various functions and laws that a town clerk must adhere to.

Ann LoBosco is a certified town clerk and has that knowledge, a wealth of ideas, professionalism, and will work full time and bring much-needed refreshing attitude to that office. I urge each Republican to vote and elect Ann LoBosco as your next town clerk.
