COTSWOLD ART, ANTIQUES DEALERS WILL PRESENT EXHIBITS OCT. 6â20

ENGLAND â The Cotswold Art and Antique Dealers Associationâs tenth annual exhibitions will take place October 6â20, offering a bakerâs dozen of selling exhibitions hosted by members of CADA. Thirteen dealers across six Cotswold towns will be showing a wide range of themed exhibitions, from contemporary art to golfing antiques, as well as collectorâs curios, ceramics, clocks and furniture.
From Broadway, Worcestershire, will be âLocal Domestic Long Case & Wall Clocks: a collection of Cotswold clocks from Evesham to Chipping Norton,â on view at Stephen Cook Antiques Ltd, and a solo exhibition of Jeremy Barlow ROI, on view at John Noott Galleries.
From Burford, Oxfordshire, will be âGolf Past and Present: A view of Golfâs history and the art of Kenneth Reed FRSA,â on view at Manfred Schotten Antiques.
From Cirencester, Gloucestershire, âEarly and Collectable! English Oak Furniture from 1550â1700,â at William H. Stokes.
Four exhibits are planned in Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire, including, âA Cabinet of Curiosities: Fine Furniture, Paintings and Objects,â at Baggott Church Street Limited; âBrass Bound & Portableâ featuring campaign furniture and travel items at Christopher Clarke Antiques; âVanishing Point: Unrepeatable Gothic and Renaissance Furnitureâ at Huntington Antiques Limited; and âLâEssence de la Beaute: French Pastel Portraits and Figurative Subjectsâ at The Titian Gallery.
From Tetbury, Gloucestershire, âOak Furniture from the Stuart Period: English & Welsh Oak Furniture circa 1603â1774â will be at Day Antiques.
From Witney, Oxfordshire, comes âStrike A Light: Its Irons in the Fire Part 2â at Greenway Antiques; âA Spirit in the Woods: The Age of Oak, Walnut, Mahogany and Satinwood Furnitureâ at W.R. Harvey & Co. (Antiques Ltd); and âChanging Styles: The Eighteenth Century â A Hundred Years of Sampler Makingâ at Witney Antiques.
From Woodstock, Oxfordshire, âPrimitive Brilliance: English Pratt ware pottery circa 1785â1837â will be at John Howard at Heritage.
