NVCC Offers Courses

For Real Estate Professionals

WATERBURY — Real estate brokers and sales agents can fulfill their Connecticut relicensing requirements by taking advantage of a series of informative classes being offered this semester at Naugatuck Valley Community College. Special package offers available on Thursday evening and Saturdays make it easy for participants to fulfill their continuing education requirements.

Available courses include: Real Estate Agency in Connecticut, Mandatory Connecticut Law and Fair Housing, Houses Talk to Home Inspectors, New Construction, Environmental Issues, First Time Home Buyers, and Preparing and Qualifying Your Buyer. Classes are $40 each, with a $40 rebate available to students who take four classes.

Naugatuck Valley Community College’s Division of Continuing Education is also offering additional classes throughout the fall semester for real estate professionals and those interested in pursuing a career in real estate.
