Mr and Mrs Stephen LeBlanc

Heather Zaza and Stephen LeBlanc were married on June 29 at Ocean Cliff Hotel in Newport, R.I. The Reverend James Gibney officiated. A reception followed at the hotel.

Mrs LeBlanc is a second grade teacher at Middle Gate School.

She is the daughter of Lewis and Maureen Zaza of Middlebury, and she was given into marriage by her father.

For her wedding day, Heather wore a strapless candlelight gown and carried a bouquet of white, cream, and blush colored roses.

Matron of honor was Jennifer Cosmos of Middlebury. Bridesmaids were Cherise Colombo of Torrington, DeAnna Schmidt of Brookfield, and Emily Dillon of Milldale. The attendants all wore platinum organza tea-length dresses and carried bouquets of fuchsia roses.

Best man was Jesse Palen of Terryville. The ushers were Erik Bouchard of Waterbury, Frank Morton of Harwinton, Kevin Schibi of New Hartford, brother of the bride Mark Zaza, and brother-in-law of the groom Eric Stevenson.

Stephen is the son of Ray and Emma LeBlanc of Terryville. He is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University, where he earned a bachelor’s in business. He is employed as an insurance broker at Tracy-Driscoll in Bristol.

Heather is also a graduate of Central Connecticut State University, where she earned a bachelor’s in psychology. She also graduated with a master’s in elementary education from the University of Bridgeport.

Following their honeymoon in Antigua, the couple returned to their home in Waterbury.
