Thomas Tella to Regina McNamara

Thomas Tella and Regina McNamara will be wed in a waterfront ceremony at the Harborview Beach Club in South Norwalk on September 13.

Mr Tella, a longtime Newtown resident, serves on the Board of Directors of the Cullens Youth Association and is an active leader with Boy Scout Troop 70 in Newtown. He is an electrical engineer with Cober Electronics of Norwalk.

The bride is the president and CEO of Kelsco Consulting Group, a provider of consulting services in the health care field. The couple plans to live in Wolcott.
