Monks To Make Final Visit

WOODBURY — Woodbury Yoga Center will host ten Tibetan Buddhist Monks from the Drepung Gomang Monastery on Friday, September 14, from 8:15 to 9:45 pm.

Tibetan tantric Buddhism teaches that sacred music is one of the most powerful healing agents on the planet. All are invited for an evening of miracles with the healing power of sound, a Medicine Buddha Ceremony, and a farewell talk.

This will be the last chance this year to see the Tibetan Monks in this area, as their return to India is in October.

There is a suggested donation of $15 for the program, although no one will be turned away.
