Nanavaty, Nanavaty & Davenport Merging With Monroe Firm

Newtown-based CPA and business advisory firm Nanavaty, Nanavaty & Davenport, LLP will merge with the Monroe firm of Ronald C. Chickering, CPA, effective of November 1. The combined firm will retain the name of Nanavaty, Nanavaty & Davenport, LLP and the Chickering office will relocate to Newtown. 

Chickering established his CPA business in Monroe in 1985 and has been a recognized contributor to the community for more than 25 years.

“Ron Chickering is a wonderful guy and CPA, with a great book of business,” said Partner Bob Davenport in a statement released by the firm. “We believe that he will be a great asset to our firm and that his clients will be impressed with the quality of services and seamless transition this combination will provide to them. This merger is consistent with our strategy of expanding and strengthening our market presence in Monroe and Shelton, and Fairfield County in general.”

Founded in 1991, Nanavaty, Nanavaty & Davenport is a regional accounting firm that provides audit, tax planning and preparation, accounting, and business consulting services.
