Dearly Beloved Husband, Father, And Grandfather

Angelo Cappelli, 74, died peacefully August 24, after his courageous battle with cancer, with his loving family by his side, in Newtown. He was the son of Filippo and Giovanna Poccia Cappelli.

He is survived by his devoted wife Antonietta; his three sons and daughter in-laws, Phil and Sarah, John and Debbie, and A.J. and Gina; and his five grandchildren. Mr Cappelli loved his family very much, and adored spending time with his beloved grandchildren.

He was a carpenter by trade and built a home for his family in Wilton, where they lived for many years. After he retired, he moved to Newtown, where he was an avid gardener, fisherman, Milan soccer fan, and wine maker. Mr Cappelli was always willing to give a helping hand and will be missed by the many people whose lives he touched.
