Fashion Show for Make-A-Wish Foundation, 12–2 pm, at Sandy Hook Farmers Market, 1 Glen Road, suggested donation $5, fashion show organized by local teens will feature kids’ and teens’ clothing provided by local merchants, proceeds will benefit Make-A-Wish.

Tercentennial Labor Day Parade, begins 10 am, with Parade Marshal Mary Hawley (as portrayed as Beth Cluff), parade route runs from Soldiers’ & Sailors’ Monument on Main Street, to Glover Avenue, to Queen Street, with plenty of fire departments, schools, marching bands, civic, and other groups participating.
