DUI Charge

Police said they saw motorist John Wilmott, 37, of 56 Osborne Hill Road driving a vehicle eastward on Wasserman Way, which was straddling the road’s centerline at about 7:39 pm August 23.

Police said they stopped Wilmott on Interstate 84’s Exit 11 on-ramp to investigate, after which Wilmott refused to perform sobriety tests.

Police said they charged Wilmott with driving under the influence and with failure to drive in the proper lane. Police released Wilmott on $40 bail for a September 7 court appearance.
