Alyssa Leigh Jones

A daughter, Alyssa Leigh, was born to Gregg and Nellie Jones of Button Shop Road on July 25 at Danbury Hospital.

Alyssa weighed 9 pounds, 8½ ounces and was 21 inches in length.

She joins her sister, Kaitlyn Mary, 2 years old.

Maternal grandparents are Vance and Dian Carothers of Pompano Beach, Fla. (formerly of Redding.)

Lorraine Jones of Easton and Ronald Jones, also of Easton, are the paternal grandparents.

Kevin Dale Snyder-Mounts

Amy Mounts and Darren Snyder, New Milford, announce the birth of a son, Kevin Dale, at New Milford Hospital on July 20.

Kevin joins his siblings Elizabeth, Rachel, and Jacob.

Jason and Randi Lageman are the parents of a baby girl, Kristin Lynn, born March 29 at Danbury Hospital.

Kristin was 6 pounds, 2 ounces at birth and 18½ inches in length.

She is the sister of Brian Thomas, age 2½.

Maternal grandparents are Ed and Judy Pirro of Stamford.

Sadie Elizabeth Wallen

Hailey Kay Avari

A daughter, Hailey Kay, was born to Jennifer and Zubin Avari of Sandy Hook on August 17 at 4:56 pm.

Hailey weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces when she was born. She was 21 inches in length.

Jim and Mary Griswold of Comanche, Iowa, are the maternal grandparents.

Paternal grandparents are Minoo and Shehzarin Avari of Kodaikanal, India.
