Phoenix Holdings, LLC sold their property at 86 Sanford Road, Southbury, to Brian and Kara Steenburgh, formerly of Hopewell Junction, N.Y.

Darrell and Colleen Burne of Century 21 Home Services McConnell listed the property, which was sold by Birgitta Cole of Prudential Connecticut Realty.
