Newtown Interfaith Clergy Association will present the next interfaith gathering for prayer on Sunday, September 1, beginning at 4 pm.

An ongoing monthly series launched in the weeks following 12/14, this month’s gathering will follow the theme “Prayers for Back to School.” Gatherings are on the first Sunday of each month and rotate between various locations.

All are invited to join faith leaders from Newtown’s houses of worship for the event. This month it will be presented on the front lawn of Newtown Middle School, 11 Queen Street, rain or shine. The gatherings last approximately 25 minutes.
