CT’s Role In The Civil War

BRIDGEPORT — The Civil War would determine if the 34 United States would remain a unified nation or if they would be divided. The roles played by Connecticut men and women in this national conflict will be discussed in “Connecticut’s Role in the War of the Rebellion, 1861-1865,” a color slide presentation by Robert L. Berthelson, a photographer, historian, and a past president of the South Central Connecticut Civil War Round Table.

Mr Berthelson’s program will be presented at The Barnum Museum on Friday, September 5, at 6 pm. The museum, at 820 Main Street, can be reached for additional information by calling 203-331-1104.
