Bible Study Classes Begin In Southbury

SOUTHBURY — The Greater Waterbury Evening Women’s Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) will hold a series of weekly Bible study classes for area women and children throughout the school year on Tuesday evenings at the Southbury Baptist Church, 114 Roxbury Road.

An introductory class will be offered on September 11, at 6:55 pm, for those who have never attended BSF and are interested in finding out about the study. A similar introductory class will be held on October 2. There is no fee for the study or materials.

Women’s classes feature simultaneous study and activities for children in grades 1 through 12. Children must be accompanied by a female family member aged 18 or older who will be attending the weekly classes, 6:55 to 8:45 pm, Tuesdays, Sept to May. Women and children of all ages, religious backgrounds, and denominations are welcome, but those bringing children must make reservations by calling Donna Scarnati at 263-5182 or Patti Moore at 264-7402.
