Stella R. Juliano

Stella R. (Erashunis) Juliano, 89, of Danbury, wife of the late Anthony Juliano, died at Bethel Health Care on August 17.

Stella was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., daughter of the late Augustine and Pauline (Petkus) Erashunis.

She is survived by a daughter, Dolores Pruefer and her husband Rodman of Sandy Hook; a sister, Helen Erashunis of Long Island City, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews.

She was a graduate of the Manhattan Trade School and had worked as a dressmaker in New York City. She later went on to work as an assembler in various local factories. She is a member of St Peter Church, a former member of the St Peter Senior Citizen Club and the AARP Chapter of Danbury.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St Peter Church on Friday, Aug 20, at 10 am.

Burial will be in St Peter Cemetery.

Calling hours were scheduled at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main Street, Danbury, on Thursday, Aug 19, from 6 to 8 pm.
