Lillian L. Hansen, 100, a resident of Masonicare at Newtown, died peacefully on August 11. She was born March 6, 1911, in New York City, and lived most of her adult life in the Woodlawn area of the Bronx, until moving to Bethel.

Her daughter, Gloria Vecchearello, and her husband Richard, of Newtown; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren survive Mrs Hansen. She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur Hansen; a son, Charles, and a grandson.

The family would like to thank Masonicare of Newtown for all of their love, care, and support that they gave Lillian during her time there. She truly enjoyed the music and entertainment. They always knew how to put a smile on her face.

She will surely be missed by all who knew her.

Funeral services were held August 13. Honan Funeral Home, Newtown, was in charge of arrangements. Burial was in Mt Hope Cemetery, Hastings-On-Hudson, N.Y.
