Xhulio Halili scored 19 points and Matt Datin added 18 for the Orangemen, but Ralph Sergiovanni of the Tar Heels led all scorers with 23 points. Andy Lapple also had a 20-point effort for the Heels.

Syracuse defeated Duke, 42-26 as Josh Engler popped in 15 points and Grant Braun added 11. Keegan Lombard and Matt Datin canned six points apiece. For Duke, Joe Cappiello scored 17 points while Brendan OâConnell had five and KellyAnne Brophy and Chris Winter had two apiece.
North Carolina defeated UCLA, 49-28, as Ishan Tatake scored 12 points and Christian Steimle, Ryan Goodridge and Chris Winters canned eight points apiece. Taylor Steimle and Jeff DiNicola combined for 13. For UCLA, Matt Datin had 10 points as Abby Carnall, Danny Clement and Mark Fernandez tossed in four points apiece.
August 8 â
UCLA defeated North Carolina, 60-47, as Xhulio Halili poured in 26 points (with a pair of three-pointers) and Adam Schankman added 18 more. Josh Engler tossed in 12 while Dan White and Alex Grant added a bucket apiece. For the Tar Heels, Ralph Sergiovanni and Andy Lapple scored 16 points apiece (combining for 24 in the second half) to lead the way. Ishan Tatake scored seven as Taylor Steimle and Christian Steimle tossed in four points apiece.
UConn defeated Syracuse, 60-42, as George Zaruba poured in 18 points and Dan Quinn added 13 more. Ralph Sergiovanni tossed in 10 points, Ben Miles had eight, and Andy Lapple, Ishan Tatake and Christian Steimle combined for 11 more. For the Orangemen, Matt Datin poured in 16 points while Josh Engler tossed in nine. Keegan Lombard, Grant Braun, Matt Baier and Adam Schankman combined for 22 points.
August 10 â
Syracuse rallied from a 10-point, first-quarter deficit and nipped North Carolina, 72-71, as Xhulio Halili scored 19 points and Matt Datin added 18 more. Narist Halili added 11 points and Dan Greenwood contributed 10 as Connor Quinn and Grant Braun combined for 14 points. For the Tar Heels, Ralph Sergiovanni canned 23 points and Andy Lapple added 20 more to lead the way. Ishan Tatake and Taylor Steimle tossed in seven points apiece and Christian Steimle added six.
UConn defeated Duke, 50-26, as George Zaruba scored 10 points ⦠all in the first half. Dan Quinn, Connor Collier and John Aminti had eight points apiece while Peter Walsh and Ben Miles added four points apiece. For Duke, Brendan OâConnor and Chris Winters combined for 13 points to lead the way. Austin Jones, Xhulio Halili, Chris Winters and Kate Foy combined for 13 points.
August 15 â
North Carolina slipped past UConn, 63-59, despite a 37-point performance by Dan Quinn. Thatâs because Ralph Sergiovanni canned 26 points and Ishan Tatake added 17 more (with the pair combining for five three-pointers). Trevor Todd and Robbie Phillips combined for 14 points. For UConn, Peter Walsh tossed in 10 points while Connor Quinn, Ryan Lasher and Dan Greenwood combined for 10 more.
Syracuse pounded UCLA, 59-33, as Josh Engler popped in 15 points and Connor Quinn added 12 more. Adam Schankman, Matt Baier, Josh Phillips and Matt Datin had eight points apiece. For UCLA, Dan Quinn poured in 22 points while Xhulio Halili, Dan White, Alex Grant and Ishan Tatake combined for 11 more.
